Throughout my career, I've gravitated toward opportunities to build something new. I've stepped into newly created roles, established communications programs, and helped organizations find better ways to connect with their employees. My background in visual storytelling influences how I approach my work, bringing together language, design, and strategy to make complex information easier to understand and act on.

At Thumbtack, I partner with senior leaders on people, culture, organizational change, and employee engagement. As an AI Champion, I've helped more than 50 Marketing and Communications colleagues adopt AI in practical ways. I've also served as Senior Lead of our Women's ERG, growing membership by 33% to 333 members and helping make it the company's most active ERG.
